Cassidy N. Hornberger

Cassidy is the Director of Marketing at The Manning Companies, where she focuses on telling the story of the team and the meaningful work they do for clients. Her role spans building the brand, helping prospective clients discover The Manning Companies and the services they offer, and creating tailored touchpoints and educational content that support existing clients throughout their financial journey.

Cassidy brings more than 15 years of marketing experience across the endurance events, retail, and financial services industries. That range of experience across audiences and contexts has shaped a well-rounded approach to strategy, communication, and brand building. She's a natural collaborator who leads by example, bringing a coaching mentality to her work and the team around her.

A Southern California native, Cassidy has called San Diego home for most of her adult life after earning her B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University.

Outside of work, she stays active with Orangetheory, playing soccer and snowboarding, and loves exploring with her husband, son, and two dogs in their camper van. While they are out road tripping, listening to live music, or wakeboarding at the River, their two cats prefer to stay home and limit their adventures to their custom-built catio.
